Our Disaster Recovery practice leverages the collective intellectual property and resources of all of our practices to deliver pragmatic, holistic disaster-recovery solutions.
Mainland offers the following services to help our customers initiate their disaster-recovery plans:
Criticality Analysis – The Criticality Analysis documents the requirements necessary for the Recoverability Assessment and provides the customer with a useful review of how their IT assets are mapped to their critical business processes.
Recoverability Assessment – The Recoverability Assessment is an assessment of IT capabilities to determine if the recovery objectives that the business requires can be accomplished with the existing IT infrastructure. The end deliverable is the identification of gaps and recommendations to address the gaps.
We also offer customized services to address all key activities of the disaster-recovery lifecycle, also known as IT Service Continuity Management (as defined by ITIL).
Our expertise in data-centre infrastructure gives us the ability to collaborate and build pragmatic disaster-recovery solutions. For example, by drawing from the expertise of multiple practices we are able to design and implement a solution for Microsoft Exchange that works with other facets of your disaster-recovery solution. Typically, this type of engagement will be headed by our Solutions Architecture group.
